South Hams Physio has a fully equipped clinic room on the second floor of The Watermark in Ivybridge. The Watermark is a community building with an information centre, library, café and public toilets.

Bespoke Carers training example:

An essential training session, including theory and practical, for carers,
support workers and health care assistants working with clients with disabilities, to optimise movement and function in daily activities by using physiotherapy handling, positioning and stretching principles and techniques.

Physiotherapy reports

Our physiotherapists offer report writing services for Case managers, Solicitors and Insurance Companies. We have over 10 years’ experience of providing clinical physiotherapy reports for the litigation process.

Once a referral has been received our expert physiotherapist will arrange to see your client within 2 weeks, following a comprehensive assessment our Physiotherapists can provide a choice of the following:

  • Full Physiotherapy report to include Introductory information, Social situation, Current rehabilitation, Physical/functional impairments, Client’s physiotherapy goals, Physiotherapist identified needs /goals of physiotherapy, Recommendations and Predicted physiotherapy costs.
  • Summary of assessment to include Initial presentation/situation, Physical/functional impairments, Goals of Physiotherapy and Recommendations.
  • All reports will be prepared and sent to the referrer within 2 weeks of client assessment.
